Welcome to Motherhood Unfiltered; an inclusive community for mums, by mums. Here you'll find real stories, mama hacks and tips and a whole load of solidarity. All mothers are welcome here and I hope you'll feel welcomed and safe.

If you have a story you'd like to share about anything motherhood related then please do get in touch; you don't have to be a writer, we can help with editing! The main aim is I want to get as many real life motherhood stories out there as possible because chances are, wherever you are right now, someone else will have been there before and I'm hoping we can all help each other out.

The website and the Instagram page (@m0therhoodunfiltered) are just the beginning of what I hope will become an amazing community. There's a newsletter to come shortly and potentially a podcast in the pipeline too. I really do want this to be a community so if you have any ideas for ways in which to grow it then please don't hesitate to get in touch!

While I don't really want this website to be about me or my own motherhood journey specifically I feel like I should introduce myself properly; everyone likes to know the real person behind things don't they?! I'm Amy and I live near Leeds with my partner, our two year old son and our cat. I'm a freelance Graphic Designer alongside being a pretty much full time mum, which can be pretty intense, but is worth it for the time I get to spend with my son. I'll be contributing plenty of posts to the website myself so you'll learn more about my own motherhood journey at some point I'm sure so I'll leave it there.
